Reiki 'by e-mail'!:-
I've been experiencing fatigue and burn-out lately, and I found that 'long-distance' Reiki really does work.
I also know of someone in the UK who does Reiki over the phone, and have heard good reports from that too. If we are all connected at some quantum level, this should not surprise!

Here's a fine 'Celtic Folk' guitarist (and more):-
I'm transcribing some pieces for him, (from the CD Peace & Love & Jigs & Reels)
Looking for a good Sound Editor at a good price?
Here is a great classical guitarist for you:-
Darren has a ceasless and unremittingly excellent output, a talented composer and arranger, he's always busy writing or touring. (He must have the constitution of a Colorado-ian cougar, which is where he hails from...).
If you like melodic classical guitar, you will love the music of this guy.
What's more, I am certain that students of the classical guitar will find his fantastic pieces relatively easy to play...check out OUR PROJECT
Competition alert!
I'm not usually in the business of promoting other transcribers, but I do want to mention two talented artists who also transcribe:-
Lee Mitchell is an an-and-coming folk guitarist/singer songwriter from the UK, and like everyone these days, seems to be busy busy busy. Despite this, he manages to find time to transcribe, and I am sure we will collaborate on many projects in the future - why don't you check out his site now?
This 'jazzer' is usually pretty busy like me, but I know that when is is free, he does a prompt job, with minimum fuss. I know this because we are in fact working together on a project right now!
Bored with guitar music (is that possible?!)
Here's an opportunity to get into some non-guitar classical music, in the form of woodwind (quintet) music.
Arranged by Robert Puff of musicprep.com (see also his link at the foot of this page):-
Midwinter In The Northwoods (In The Bleak Midwinter) by Gustav Holst The Bellman's Song (Trad.)Like me, Robert is a long-time Sibelius user - so you'll need Scorch, a free download from Sibelius.com)
New recording studio in North East Lincolnshire, UK!
A new recording studio has come to town, that is, if your town is Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Immingham, and outlying areas:-Offering Sound Recording, Editing & Production facilities, as well as mobile recording facilities, this has been set up by a former student of mine, (back in the days when I used to have time for tuition...), Richard Davidson.
Gear up your sound!
Are you a tone addict? Do you crave sonic perfection? Well, here's a portal that helps you achieve just that:-

Need a guitar tutor?
I don't teach much these days - just transcribe - but Paul Hill is a guitar teacher for you to check out. Paul's another guitarist who's with the Registry of Guitar Tutors.
Need a talented composer for a project?
Take a look at my erstwhile e-mail pal Alain De Ley's website - but make sure he's not too busy before contracting him! You can also find details of his work at Noteheads website. Alain is one of the good guys, I think.
Are you looking to put me out of business? (You cheeky monkeys!)
Well, you MUST check out the amazingly good value 'G7'. This is a cut down version of Sibelius 3, yet is only slightly different; it costs just $149 USD, compared with approx. $600 USD for Sibelius 3!It's very easy to use, but the results are stunning. It looks great on the page, and it has many 'state of the art' features - you can even import and export ASCII tab files! There are all kinds of fretted instrument 'templates' supported, (and it's easy to create new ones). And as well as supporting a myriad of alternative tunings, (also easy to create from scratch) and being able to create non-guitar pieces, it also shares it's elder 'sib'lings (sorry) legendary superb playback features!
Looking for a guitar tutor?
Get the best with the UK based 'Registry of Guitar Tutors' (Offsite).
UK based with International membership. All members are vetted, so you can be sure to be put in touch with a reliable expert with your best interests at heart!
The Registry offers highly respected graded exams in both Rock and Classical and Bass guitar - the grades are actually good material in themselves, you don't need to take the exams to benefit!
Free jazz transcriptions
Brent Stuntzer, a talented luthier and transcriber, offers some great free jazz transcriptions pages.
OK, I'm slightly biased, because Brent has been kind enough to include some of my work on his pages; but if you like jazz guitar and want some free tabs, go here, you will not be disappointed!
Brent is actively seeking YOUR tabs for his pages btw, so if you have a knack for notation - like Brent - and would like to see your work alongside some others, check his pages out now!

Here's an interesting composer for the guitar, go to THIS website and do a search for Paul Maudonett.
Paul's English is as good as my French...(we struggle!), but his music speaks louder.
He is a guitar teacher/composer/recording artist from France. His compositions are flavoured by jazz (such as his 'Hommage a Joe Pass', but also lean towards modern classical harmony. We guitarists need more guitarist/composers like him - check his work out!
